Terrible leadership. The entire executive team needs to be wiped clean and started over again. Toxic environment. Middle management are set up to be lap dogs. If they don’t fall in line they disappear. Trash benefits. The smallest amount of holidays at any company I know. Little to no training is provided here. Directors and above have no clue what they’re doing. The leadership pushes a narrative of how broke the company is yet they reep every perk that they can. This perks are not available to regular employees. Trash buildings and facilities. The pay sucks unless you’re in the club. They have imaginary rules for promotion which only apply when they want to hold someone back.
