By and large the day to day employees have a true concern about their jobs. They mostly show a pride in what they do on a daily basis.

Cons

There is poor leadership from the upper management level. There is a disconnect as to what the employees face on a day to day basis.

Lots of potential to make a lot of money. Every day is different, you never know who is going to walk in the door.

Cons

Long hours, 12 hour days are quite common. Working every Saturday is required.
