Pros

#1 Cochran creates a fun work environment, where everybody works together to make each other better. The company definitely offers a positive environment, and a great opportunity for advancement. We also have Thanksgiving, and Christmas parties, as well as a company golf outing, amusement park day, and many more events to show employee appreciation. I would certainly recommend others to look into #1 Cochran, maybe you can find your career like I did!

Long work hours, but you will definitely get out of this job what work you put into it!

Decent pay Opportunity for Growth

Cons

-10 days vacation a year -Work every Saturday -Late nights -Any problem always falls back on the store level even if it's an accounting or titling office problem or mistake -Absentee top level management that only manages from a numbers side but never goes to the stores to see how things are really going or what needs improved
