      Pros

      - Most aggressive commission structure in Los Angeles - Laid back culture - Emphasis on W/L Balance - Great office space - Great place to learn and set yourself apart as a recruiter. The team is knowledable in the areas of tech and recruiting so you can always learn from those around you.

      Cons

      This could be a difficult opportunity for someone without prior recruiting/sales experience. The firm is small relative to the larger firms in the area so each seat is highly visible. Definitely need to be motivated and a self-starter to see success here.

      Pros

      I have worked at multiple staffing agencies including both big and small and Coda has been the best one I have worked at. The upper management here has been very supportive with our office and takes the time to invest in our success. One of the best things about Coda is their culture. The cross-team collaboration that happens between offices is great and everyone has been very welcoming. The work/life balance here is also very good compared to many agencies. They care more about quality of work vs metrics. so you're not just a number. The compensation structure here is also one of the best in the industry.

      Working in agency-side recruiting is sometimes stressful but that isn't anything on Coda
