- great coworkers - get to work with high prolific accounts - access to seminars and current practices across social platforms

Cons

- no real room for advancement, not many avenues to branch into - chain of command is confusing and convoluted - high turnover

very late nights but at least we were paid overtime, ubers and dinners were comp'd.
