- Great staff - Lots of incentives/ events/ swag - Hybrid work model - Great client exposure

Cons

- Understaffed - Little room for career advancement - Late nights (past 8pm)/ Weekends (not required but silently expected)

We've been actively working on better processes and tools to make sure we're staffing our teams properly to support a healthy work/life balance and provide opportunities to advance. We launched career lattices to outline expectations for every role level and hope employees use those to have productive growth conversations with their managers. However, we also know there is always room to improve and will keep working to address these concerns.

Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Truly conscientious people who care for one another.

Cons

Things have gone downhill massively over the past couple years since a significant shakeup in leadership, especially in Cleveland where they acquired a successful agency and slowly suffocated everything good about it. Because of this, there has been a mass of departures of most of their best people. What's left is a sad, dying monument to something that was once special. CEO wears a nice smile but cares only about making the board happy.
