Difficult for advancement, but given enough time there's possibility of more senior positions.

Pros

Cool tech topics to teach and improve yourself by teaching. Staff are nice and friendly. I improved a lot on my tech interview by teaching the algorithm courses.

Cons

Not much. Overall pretty good.

Pros

Everyone is very nice and willing to help you out. Great onboarding process to make sure that new instructors are fully comfortable leading classes. There are opportunities to do work outside of teaching classes such as curriculum development or working on projects.

Cons

Communication with management and scheduling is kind of a pain sometimes. The system in which we do so keeps changing.
