Pros

Great benefits, insurance, HSA, Christmas bonus was good at least one of the years I was employed.

Cons

Male dominated and it showed. Promotions not based on hard work and loyalty. Assistance to grow and thrive in the workplace was often talked about and rarely if ever employed. Too much talk and not enough action, at least in the right direction!

Obviously, this is disappointing to read. Very unfortunate that your experience didn't match up with our aspirations for our team members. I remain committed to making our words match our actions and your experience. Apparently, I have more work to do. Bummer. Dave Ruff - CEO.

No cons. A couple of pros. Three stars? To be clear, I'm not fishing for more cons. Just wondering what rubric you are using. Hoping it doesn't catch on. ;) Dave Ruff - CEO

Pros

Nice office location right in the downtown of Seattle. Free snacks and drinks for everyone in the office. Friendly working environment. Employees can accumulate their sick and holiday leave for the next calendar year.

Cons

If you are someone that is one working in a consultant role, it might be hard to level-up your position.

Yeah, our model for advancement is not really set up for consultants or contract employees, because we generally hire for full time positions. We have had multiple contract employees that became full time employees, and then the career progression became a lot clearer. But it depends on the contract position whether or not the full-time option exists. Thanks for giving your feedback. Dave Ruff - CEO
