      Pros

      + The Corporate team does a great job of allowing autonomous direction in each of the different office locations. + The company culture is a major focus, both professional and personally. + The employees are the center of the company, and there are structured growth opportunities. + Salaried employees can choose to bank overtime as PTO or get paid at their effective hourly rate.

      Cons

      - High-deductible health insurance, but the company does more than most companies I know to help mitigate the impact to the employee.

      I really believe in the benefits of federalism (i.e. delegating the most authority possible to those closest to issues at hand). This creates the most freedom which fosters the most inspiration which in turn enhances creative thinking for our client and our business. Office autonomy is a continued commitment for these reasons. Corporate is here to support and provide resources for local offices to thrive. Offices are to provide a platform so our team members can thrive.       Pros

      A strong, secure company plus ethical and sincerely caring about their family of employees. I've been in the industry for over 30 years and never have seen such a great combination. I love working for people who want to help me as much as I want to help them.

      Cons

      You are given all the responsibility that you request, so sometimes people take on more than they can handle. Management is supportive, but you need to be ready to admit you need help.
