Infrastructure, transport facility and safety precautions are good. A lot of benefits.

Cons

They can fire you any time without any interview. Not good for freshers. They hire freshers with a bond of 3 years but can ask you to resign any time. Management is not good at all.

Nice Cafeteria and good food.

Cons

No job security. Hire and Fire policy. Once they have no projects, they want you to volunteer resignation otherwise threaten you to terminate your service.
