      Pros: Good work-life balance Easy to moderate workload (not too stressful) Hybrid work setup available (depends on project) Cab service provided for shifts Supportive and flexible work environment

      Cons

      Very poor growth despite the company consistently achieving strong profits Salary increments over the last 2–3 years have been extremely low, almost negligible (hardly impactful on monthly income) Promotions and increments often feel biased and inconsistent, largely dependent on management rather than performance Big promises are made around employee welfare, career growth, and recognition, but very little is actually delivered

      Pros

      Campus is good. Good work environment with supportive colleagues. Provides decent learning opportunities and exposure to client projects.

      Cons

      Low salary increments and slow growth. Micromanagement in some projects. HR support is weak and unresponsive, with poor communication. Variable pay is low. Employee policies are not strong, and medical benefits are inadequate.

      Pros

      CoForge arent tight with salaried or spending on events etc which is really refreshing. Training opportunities are abundant.

      Cons

      You are place onsite at their customer and you are basically a contractor without the financial benefits. Every 6 months you have to hope the customer renews the requirement for your role or you are out of a job.
