      Many total nepotism company husband employing wife wife employing her relatives etc etc Petty politics After 2 year don't expect any increment for freshers and for experienced don't expect at all

      Joining the company as a fresher has been one of the best career decisions I’ve made. The initial training phase was structured and supportive, helping me build confidence early in my career. After proving my capability, flexibility, and willingness to learn, I was given meaningful opportunities to grow. I once left the organization to explore new opportunities, but I soon realized the value of the culture and support system here. I truly appreciate Coforge for giving me a re‑entry opportunity, which strengthened my respect for the company even more. Policies and benefits are clear, straightforward, and applied uniformly to everyone, which adds to the sense of fairness. Overall, a great place for freshers to start, grow, and even return to.
