Pros
NIIT is the first to fire employee in this critical phase. They don't even consider employees performance, contribution to growth. I've just two years of experience and in last two years I've done a lot of work for a project. From day one till the release of project. And they just fire me over one call. Other company might give 2 month salary as compensation but they are only giving one month which is least in industry. So i will never recommend anyone to join NIIT. They don't have any work culture or policies supporting employees.
Cons
Overall point is, there is no job security at NIIT. They can fire you anytime. During this critical time when other companies supports their hardworking employees, they are not considering anything. Rest other thing are average there.
