Dear Reviewer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we are only a 5-years old organization, so it is a little confusing how you have spent 10 years with us. Regardless of the number of years and in spite of a long list of cons, you have continued your career with us. 21 teammates out of a team of 36 have been with us for 4 years or more which is remarkable for such a young organization! There must be something we are doing right, and we are happy to provide an environment that earns continued loyalty. We also have a very clear understanding of qualities we value and what you mistake as favoritism is simply exceptional performance being rewarded. If there was a specific event which has caused you unease, please our regular townhalls to voice your concerns or use this platform to respond to us so that we can clear the air and you can move forward with positivity.
