1. Complete freedom to work in inline with the objectives of the project 2. Senior management open to new ideas and willing to invest as well 3. Very friendly atmosphere. Even a fresher who has joined will be able to interact with the Senior management and express views 4. Senior Management listens to concerns raised and takes appropriate actions post consultation

Cons

1. Couldn't think of much. If any these are minor and not even worth mentioning

Good company for technical professional and personal growth

Pros

I have been working in Cogitate Technology for more than 5 years now. Before joining Cogitate I was working in USA. During my tenure here i have learnt a lot and have got exposure to latest technologies. Cogitate has always provided me with Technical growth as well as professional growth. The work environment here is great and everyone is very friendly and supportive, especially the management. I believe cogitate is a place for people who want to be challenged technically and are willing to work hard to achieve goals and targets. Pros: 1) Supportive management 2) Opportunity to work on latest technology 3) Technical, Personal and Professional growth.

Cons

Nothing as such. Management is very approachable and issues are handled in a timely manner.

Unbelievable support provided during the toughest times of my life

The entire team, especially the Management has supported me wholeheartedly during a very tough time I had last year. - Great opportunities for growth (both professional and financial) - Very supportive management - Brilliant team - Really flat organization - Cutting edge stuff happens all the time - Friendly work environment - Flexible Hours and Dress-code
