It is our constant endeavor to empower every team member so that the organization can grow stronger with them. We do not tolerate unprofessional conduct at all and it would have been impossible to miss any incident of abuse in our compact office. We hope you had escalated the incident to management immediately. We also wish that you had discussed your goals with your supervisor so that you could understand better what was expected of you and enjoyed many fulfilling years with us. You must speak up and voice your concerns so that they can be addressed to your benefit as well as the benefit of all your team mates!
