We pride ourselves in providing opportunities to learn and grow, and it is always a pleasure to hear it echoed from our team members, too. You are absolutely right when you say that the energetic and fast-paced environment of a start-up may be a challenge for people not used to the dynamics of a startup. We are a young company yet and our process constantly undergo continuous improvement.
