Don't expect to grow based on skill-set

Pros

High company morale (at least it seems like it)

Cons

Pay is much less than market average. Dont expect your skills to translate to growth within the company. They have an arbitrary timeline that drives your salary and promotions. Even if you perform well above your peers, you will be making the same money but with more responsibilities. Your experience with projects will be completely driven by who is leading that project. Some leads will micromanage every single thing you do while other will be completely hands off. They need better structure or at least some kind of guidelines to keep the leads on the same page.

Pros

Good benefits from Cognizant. Unlimited PTO - if you can ever find a time to take off.

Cons

If you aren’t part of the original in-person Indianapolis team, you aren’t part of their clique. Zero training. Inexperienced new college grads are in charge. Not allowed to bill actual hours = not getting your bonus. Way too many layers of management. Burnout is high. Don’t believe these Glassdoor reviews - no one loves working there and everyone is complains all the time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that your experience did not meet our expectations - we are committed to making Lev a great place to work and fostering an environment where our team members feel supported. It’s incredibly important to all of us at Lev that we take care of ourselves and of each other, whether that be through collaboration and support, taking time off, or speaking up when the going gets tough. We want all of our Lev team members to take time off regularly and feel comfortable doing so to prioritize their health and well-being, and we’re disappointed to hear you were not able to utilize our Open PTO program as intended. As Lev has grown, we’ve made strategic investments to support our team members and our organization. One of which was the creation of our training team which now consists of two technical trainers and one process trainer. In the past, Lev hasn’t always had this level of infrastructure and support and we’re working hard on improving training and enablement to improve the employee experience. We’ve also been able to grow our people management team as well. We recognized our team members needed additional leadership for support, and Lev as whole needed help to expand and refine our service offerings and internal processes. Team members leave Lev Glassdoor reviews voluntarily, and we strongly believe these reviews are from the heart. In our most recent Voice of the Team survey, 97% of our respondents indicated they would recommend Lev as a great place to work and that they were extremely satisfied with Lev. We appreciate receiving feedback from all team members, past and present.

Pros

The leadership is too busy playing around with their BFFS that they will never no if you are working or not.

Cons

-Girls Club ( if you are not in the inner circle then you don't matter) -I had 2 bosses there in my 10 year tenure that had extra marital affairs with subordinate employees. -Drinking to excess on the job is acceptable -HR non existent (they do not even office in the Malvern,PA Location) -Sr. Leadership who started at the Malvern location have wives who run competing agencies. (Can you say conflict of interest?) - In my tenure I have seen "inner circle" employees not show up for work for over 6 months. Then waltz back in the door like nothing ever happened. -The Malvern office is a bad high school party and it should come to an end.
