      Pros

      Multi cultural teams. Ability to attract talent. Great exec Mgmt vision. exec. mgmt communication is regular and open. opportunity to work in multiple locations and chances to work in various practices

      Cons

      As with any consulting company, you got to work almost double - in a billable role plus with the folks in your practice for biz dev and other practice related work to ensure mindshare and recall during appraisals and promotions. Pay parity is not quite ensured for folks who have been with the company for a while vis-a-vis those being hired laterally.

      1) Good pay 2) Good work place/ work environment 3) Good place to build personal connections 4) Early Onsite opportunities if you are good enough

      Cons

      1) Stagnant Environment - prospect of learning on the job is quite less. 2) Some managers show favoritism 3) No work life balance 4) Long work hours - Every single day it is more than 9 hours 5) No compensation for the long hours or working on weekends

      1. Lot of Projects so you don't need to worry about projects 2. Onsite Opportunity is very good provided you have the visa.

      Cons

      1. Poor salary at onsite. 2. Recruitment process at onsite very faulty. 3. Don't care about own employee . Prefer to bring resources from outside.
