      Remote work. You work in EST so shift dependent on location.

      Cons

      Pay is very low compared to similar roles at other companies.

      RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

      Pros

      The job is fairly easy and the support/teamwork from other employees is good.

      Cons

      Entirely too much micromanagement! Have to be on camera at all times (unless you are part of the clique), have to clock-in/out and send messages in multiple places as to what you are doing at all times. Schedule and work instructions change multiple times per day, you are expected to check your schedule every 30 mins to see if your function has changed. Drinking the "Kool-Aid" is a requirement if you want to stay on with this company, as they promote favoritism, tattling and spying and treating employees like children who are not responsible enough to do their job without being "babysat"

      Pay was decent and some coworkers are good

      Cons

      This company micromanages us way too much. They make us micro manage our teams like no other company even though we are ALWAYS on camera.
