      Pros

      - The company, and everyone here is driven by a real human mission to improve patient outcomes and reduce the hassles doctors and administrators go through to help patients. It's a rare opportunity to work on developing products and services for which the financial and social impact incentives are completely aligned. - The leadership empowers employees to take on a lot of responsibility and there is a lot of trust amongst peers. Everyone is expected to have a point of view and share it openly. - The culture is flexible, transparent, and empathetic - We use the most modern, cloud-based tools (Slack, G-suite, Figma, etc )which make our work easy and delightful

      Cons

      It's am early stage startup, so if you're not comfortable with the ambiguity and occasional swirl associated with a young company still in it's early stages of defining it's culture, processes, and tools, you may not like working here.

      Pros

      This is the most welcoming and excited team that I've been on. I started here in a remote position because of the pandemic and have gotten to meet the entire team.

      Cons

      It is a very agile dev process (which isn't necessarily a con but it can be for some people)
