1. Operations leaders are women who bully, they run off emotions, they are unkind and use their leadership positions to justify mistreatment. I’ve been cursed at…by women at this organization because I wasn’t following their rules of engagement. I wish I was being dramatic.
2. There is no consideration of lower level employees in hourly positions. They don’t make changes to training, keep perf indicators or coaching styles based on employee feedback. Kinda weird considering they’re a start up.
3. People that are individual contributors are worked to death. I worked 8am to sometimes 11pm, 80% of the time. But this also had to do with everyone in my department quitting. No one in my department stayed. They saw toxicity and ran, can’t fault them. One was bullied out of a job in front of me!
4. People who are hourly are heavily mistreated. I watched the way people were made to cry, leadership showed favoritism, and a lot of people quit around the same time i did due to pure chaos.
If you are looking at the RN, LPN, customer service jobs—look for a company that is more established with a robust Human Resources department who will look out for you and has processes to protect you. As you can see from other reviews, that’s not here.
