Pros
I came to Cohere Health after working three years in direct patient care (outpatient care setting). The Cohere team has been eager to put my past experiences in patient care to use, but have simultaneously provided me with opportunities to grow and develop the skills necessary to be a strong player in the Health Tech field. The company is incredibly fast paced, which I have greatly enjoyed. I continue to be impressed by the level of transparency, availability of opportunity, and immense talent at Cohere Health.
Cons
At times, one may experience the growing pains of a rapidly scaling startup. Precise documentation of processes that are 100% up to date can be difficult to come by. In any startup, this is to be expected and is often quickly solved.
