      No prossss if i can give it a negative star I would

      This jobs is a -10/10 Training is the worst The production is the worst How they treat their employees is the worst They are absolutely fake people, the supervisors are never seen just only once they don’t care about you. They gossip a lot a lot of the workers on the job talk so much down fall on the job. How the company is going downhill as they get bigger, please for the love of god be mindful about these companies

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Good amount of PTO and paid holidays. Hired too many people so there was always an option to apply to VTO and leave early. Work instructions can be helpful but there is a long way to go.

      Cons

      Not a ton of room for growth. You're mostly stuck on inbound phone calls and the same people are moved around to offline functions. Played favorites with bids and didn't keep in mind time zones. MONTHS and MONTHS of harassing providers to get them to sign up for our portal. Supports need training. A lot of incorrect information being told.
