      Met a lot of nice wonderful people

      Cons

      Training should be 6 weeks in the classroom and 4 weeks in nesting. Also when you let someone go and tell them their not a good fit after telling them that the class you would never let someone go during the training process.

      Remote work with little micromanaging of time

      Cons

      Frequent turnover, recent layoffs leaves a lot of gaps in ownership/ roles and responsibilities. Very Silo'd groups with poor dissemination of information.
