Must be on camera the entire shift in a Zoom room with others, micromanaged, performance metrics are at times unattainable, extreme pressure to perform and meet metrics, Pay needs to be better for the amount of work performed

Work from home. High end equipment. Opportunities for growth.

Cons

Had to take a pay cut. Have to be on camera while working. IT department takes hours to help with urgent matters. Poor management led to firing over 20 nurses, only to rehire shortly after.
