      Lots of great collaboration and communication between teams, People are motivated towards mutual success. High energy environment.

      Cons

      Because of rapid growth, there can be quick changes and pivots in policy and procedures. If you like steady, predictable workdays then you might be more frustrated than others who enjoy dynamic environments and new approaches.

      Good bit of PTO offered. Flexibility to work from home.

      Cons

      Constant changes and the pay is not where it should be for the amount of work demand and expectation.

      A few pro’s are voluntary time off, great benefits, and eventful work days.

      Cons

      Some con’s are immense Micromanagement about metrics, constant threats of losing employment, highly selective favoritism, lastly poor management/ communication amongst higher up’s. Lastly, too much negativity amongst co workers.
