      Pros

      Fast moving startup, getting into its adolescence with all the challenges and opportunities that come with this stage. If you like to learn and don’t mind trying new things and doing something different everyday, this is a great place to be. It can feel scary to stretch and try new things that I’ve never done before, but I know that leaders have my back. Everyone here just wants to build a company that can have a positive impact on healthcare and they’re generally very collaborative with low ego. The best coworkers I’ve ever had

      Startup life can be chaotic. It’s not for everyone and that is totally fine. I personally have too much on my plate but my leaders are helping me to learn to delegate and transition the work to others who can help.

      Making a difference in the provider space bring me joy. Knowing we are working hard to help providers get back to the joy of care, instead of administration work is a huge benefit of working here. We can help!
