      Pros

      I had no experience in utilization management and they hired me to work as an RN reviewer (universal).

      Cons

      My group of nurses were hired as universal nurses to train for many different specialities. Very challenging. Pay is lower but I don’t have experience in this field.

      Hideous company, does not deserve 1 star.Hires people no medical experience for prior authorization intakes, which is a disaster all in itself! Disorganization every hr of every day. Priorities change in a heart beat and then everything else with quality suffers! Stay far away from this company!!!!
