      Pros

      I absolutely love the PTO available here. And the accommodations when needed for unplanned incidents.

      Cons

      There could be more communication to the downstream about changes to be prepared for instead of just changing procedure and expecting immediate pivots w/expectations.

      Pros

      I had no experience in utilization management and they hired me to work as an RN reviewer (universal).

      Cons

      My group of nurses were hired as universal nurses to train for many different specialities. Very challenging. Pay is lower but I don’t have experience in this field.
