The customer service side of the company is held firmly within the grasp of one individual and her friends within other lower leadership roles. There is no accountability, respect or at times basic professionalism due to this. You will slowly have your will to work sucked from your soul by a company that expects everyone to fill in the gaps for their lack of paying for basic programs you took for granted at previous employers as basic tools for the job. All the while paying you well below market value and expecting you to accept the lack of communication that comes with zero accountability at the top.

This company demands to run lean, understaffing just about every team but expecting the output of a fully staffed one. You could submit your PTO well in advance, and still be asked to cancel it. You will work the holidays because this is healthcare, and hospitals do not take days off. You will witness racism but feel pressured to sit by and let it happen.
