To work in this environment get a lawyer, because managers will try to shift all the blame for their inabilities onto you, even making up nonexistent events. Often forcing clients to lie as well. Environment is really very toxic, stay away from it. There is a serious management problem that will end when they run out of customers, and it is close. Maybe they want to close down the industrial division, but that is the wrong method because they are also ruining their name.
