      -Good place to be on as your retirement phase -Good for technicians as long as can deliver daily output -Ideal location for a sales representative or someone skilled in communication

      -Preferential treatment is clearly evident -lack of career plan -capable of hearing, but may not consistently engage in active listening -Many meetings are focused on comparing what is received with what is accomplished - not an ideal environment for engineering professionals -Practice what you advocate.
