Pros

Nice people to work with under senior manager level Good PTO policy Nice location You don't have to pay for half of parking

Cons

Management doesn't know how to build careers Zero transparency HR is not qualified for position and very dramatic Partners are about to retire and there is no succession plan Not a team atmosphere High turnover Senior managers have free range to do what they want without recourse from partners Quality of work suffers due to lack of qualified resources Constant fire drills due to poor planning

Pros

covered parking & lattes .. that's it

Cons

Company is very unprofessional. It's not about your work only about who you suck up to or do favors for. Favoritism is everywhere. Management has no loyalty. They constantly fire people and like to have employees in fear of losing their jobs. The fire experienced workers to hire young cheaper labor. Management is mean & condescending & will yell at staff in front of others. It's bullying at its finest.

Pros

Bethesda, itself is a beautiful place to work. Plenty of accessible great places to eat, and in walking distance to most employers.

Cons

A company full of negative energy, and unprofessionalism. The atmosphere reminds you of high school, in which opinions rank higher than knowledge, respect and hard work. It's apparent my ability to be innovative, supportive and a mentor to the team I had, was not what they wanted. Additionally, I did not fit the prototype being a smart, Black woman - but, I'm sorely missed.
