      Pros

      This internship in not about shredding paper or fetching coffee. CohnReznick will allow you to get your hands dirty and participate on real work. You will be dealing with and speaking to clients.

      Cons

      There were not many cons at Cohn. If I had to mention one, the chain of communication for the interns can be quite a hierarchy at times. Not saying this was the case for the while internship, but perhaps as time progressed through busy season communication became strictly through associates and seniors. Which is understandable considering the time constraints for managers and partners, etc.

      Pros

      Amazing colleagues to work with. Parties and social events. Ample amounts of training to help staff succeed. Free drinks are provided by the partners.

      Cons

      Aside from busy season, which can't be avoided anyways, I really don't have any bad things to say.

      Terrible management, terrible leadership. Profits over people. Turnover is super high.
