      Pros

      Welcoming environment. People new to the field will be taught everything. The quality of life from a hybrid work environment. Great place to grow a career in Public Accounting.

      Cons

      Like any PA... Busy season is no joke. Lack of an office life due to the hybrid work (can vary from offices). They heavily push billable hours after your training period is over, even if there is no work.
