Pros

I've worked with some great individuals across the firm. The M&D Team that I met while in New York last year were wonderful people.

Cons

Scheduling is terrible and it is hard to get staffing when you need it. Other offices don't like to assist in this process. The team I work for is very small and growing and the Director I work with is demanding in a way that makes it hard to get any work done. I've been working at the staff and senior level due to staffing, as well as the competence of the seniors that I had working for me and I was told that I wasn't working at the level I was expected to. It was impossible for me to do so when consistently working below my level and trying to keep our clients on track. I voiced my concerns about this multiple times, and yet still received a bad review for it.

Pros

Great people to work with, from partners down to associates Awesome administrative team Good pay and benefits

Cons

Operations leave a lot to be desired: awful implementation of new time entry, expense entry, and billing systems. What little training provided was either canceled and never rescheduled, or the format was poor. Basically no one knows how to do anything efficiently. Since Covid there has appeared to be a hiring freeze on administrative staff. Heavy workload is unfairly spread amongst only a few Executive Assistants, causing a lack of work-life balance and burnout after monthly deadlines.
