      - Jeans days aka flex dress - Get to work on medium size clients

      Cons

      - Management is incompetent and incapable of training people properly. - Clients are middle market and unknown to most business people - The culture is workaholic to a degree significantly worse than other firms. - Depending on your office the staff are extremely cliquey - You have very little say in management decisions
