      Very nice people that create a great environment to be apart of. They explain a lot about the company and what they offer to students that might not know enough.

      Cons

      They can only take so many interns at a time unlike other larger firms.

      Pros

      I would say even as decently sized firm, everyone at the office seems to be somewhat familiar with each other - Even the CEO would come out to mingle with staff during office events. Everyone is very friendly and partners have an open door policy.

      Management seems to have a very conventional view of ideas

      Pros

      Collaborative environment with great talent, tools and resources. Definitely an opportunity to work with top notch HR professionals. National Director of Talent Acquisition is phenomenal and HR Director is highly regarded and leads a strong team. Partners are accessible and play an active role in the hiring process.

      Cons

      Continue to work on "one firm culture." Enhance recruiting tools and more implementation of D&I training.
