      Lots of resources to expand your continued learning. Lots of opportunity to learn. Supportive of gaining CPA through classes and study times for the exam.

      Cons

      Large accounting firms are not the most exciting work environment. Tax season can be very intense, you are expected to work long hours during tax season.
