Pros

Excellent opportunity for advancement if you're willing to put time and effort into your career. Reznick is a young, growing company that is trying very hard to find it's way into the upper echelon of public accounting firms.

Cons

Reznick is trying very hard to diversify from it's niche roots which focused exclusively on low income housing tax, audit, and consulting work. At times the work can be a little too focued on one business sector but there are opportunities to work on multiple clients throughout the year and the firm is actively going after a broader selection of business while continuing to be recognized as real estate experts.

Pros

One of the reasons I enjoy working at Reznick Group are my coworkers, they are mostly younger and close to my age.

Cons

The lack of opportunities to move up, coupled with poor senior management and finally the worst IT department I have ever been involved with. I have never seen a bigger company whose IT department is so unresponsive and never seems to move make the jump to new advanced technology.

Pros

Reznick offers a great potential to advance in your career. The atmostphere is very outsgoing, fun and friendly and all levels of management and employees are approachable and helpful. The employees seem to get a long great and a lot of people find really great friends through their work at Reznick. Due to the young atmosphere, entering associates find it easy to adjust to working life after leaving college.

Cons

Reznick does not have consistency throughout the firm. Each group does things differently which makes life hard for associates. In addition, some employees are given a very large amount of responsibility while others at the same level are able to 'float' by. Overloading stress and responsibilities on some employees when others are available is not fair to either employee.
