      Good work environment, people are great. Flexibility on scedules.

      Cons

      Communication was not always the best. Information would be shared via "word of mouth" vs conducting a meeting so that everyone was on the same page.

      Great people that give back to the staff, clients and community. A lot of individual attention on development of their staff

      Tax season and the long hours but that is typical of public accounting. Maybe allow more flexibility in the scheduling
