      Pros

      Great environment, strong partners, friendly, not much bs. Environment and salary can vary by the group you are working at (tax, advisory, audit, etc.).

      Cons

      Depends on the group you are working in. Audit - busy season hours. Consulting/advisory - hectic intense schedule, long hours but can be very flexible; good amount of travel.

      Pros

      The size of the company is great. The firm services many different sized clients in a multitude of different industries. In the office where I worked we had jeans days on every Friday which was really well-received. There were monthly birthday celebrations which were fun.

      Cons

      Management lacks a clear direction. Even a few years after the merger there wasn't too much consistency as a firm. The legacy Cohn and legacy Reznick employees were at odds often and couldn't work together in some cases.
