Pros

Just follow SALY, brain can get rest.

Cons

1) If you take a leave in busy season you dont get eligible for bonus. 2) if you dont meet the minimum bookable hours (i.e., 12 hours/day during busy season) no eligible for bonus, 3) not allowed to take lunch break greater than half an hour(you can be terminated). 4) Not allowed to interact with teammates even on audit topics that is basically chit chat again not allowed. 5) Do not talk about any thing which makes real sense 6) Tea/coffee more than 2 cup in a day is not entitled.

Pros

Nothing good! My Advice don't join.

Cons

Everything! The managers and the team leaders are very close minded, micro managing and they tend to make the lives of people working under them miserable. The atmosphere is very bad, to explain they have lunch timings 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm in which more than 150 people have to eat in a cramped up cafeteria which accommodates around 30 people squeezed together. Amazingly, the mangers will always call you for a meeting just before lunch starts. During busy season you have to work more than 12 hours and on the weekends without any benefits or comp-offs. Even after you quit they tend to give a negative feedback about you to the next employer when they reach out for back ground verification. I had a terrible experience there.
