Pros
-FUN laid-back playful group of young professionals who love to goof off -GREAT money and benefits -There are so many socials and you are treated very well at this company. -interaction between all levels- partners goof off with interns who goof off with managers... etc -No one is watching over your shoulder. You can't get away with two hour lunches, but if you want to go grab a snack from the convenience store across the street, you can do that.
Cons
-long hours.. 65+ a week (any CPA firm is like that, though) -Because everyone is so close and you spend so much time together, there can be a lot of rumors and gossip that make you feel like you are in high school -Not always easy to get help when you need it right away because the people helping you have their own work, and when you do get help it isn't always explained to you. This largely depends on who you are working with that week. -The audit process feels a bit like an assembly line, and I never felt a complete feeling of satisfaction like I knew what I was doing or why the whole time.
