Cons

Work life balance is a challenge. Heavy focus on real estate industry. If you are not interested in this particular area, then it's not for you.

Pros

Flexible schedule and work-life balance. Employers respect your time-off such as don't try to contact you when you're on vacation. I came from a small CPA firm where managers still contacted me when I'm away on my days off or over the weekend. Managers are responsible and helpful and care about their staffs.

Cons

Staffs are decent; not a lot of high-quality peers for you to learn from. Not a lot of career opportunities since the firm specialized in real-estate related audits and accounting practices. So unless you're dedicating your career to real-estate, don't join.
