      Pros

      Flexibility with your schedule Not a lot of strict oversight 55 hour minimum during busy season

      Cons

      Cheap-raises are not good Firm as a whole does not make u feel appreciated or a valued part of a whole Required Saturday's in the office for entire busy season

      Pros

      Gave us food during busy season. Pay was half-way decent. Some of the partners were good people. Decent healthcare program. Good education/development program.

      Cons

      No career path. Unless you are "special" in their minds you are pushed aside. Paid time off wasn't that great. Some partners were a little bit full of themselves and thought they knew the right answer to everything, even outside their field of expertise.
