      Motivation provided by seniors and managers is extraordinary. Busy season hours are long but there is so much to learn that it only helps people grow.

      It's a good place to get the public experience that you need. Background is extensive and varied.

      Cons

      Very political and tons of favortism. Just get your experience and leave...unless they like you, then you might have a shot.
