- lots of PTO - shut down for thanksgiving and Fourth of July week - reimbursement system is fast

Cons

- passive aggressive supervisors and managers -incompetent managers - sink or swim environment - bad training - given a mentor but they don’t care about you - cliquey -long hours and working weekends -layoffs after busy season

I enjoyed working with the team I was with and my two managers. I learned some things professionally but I also learned what I don't want in an employer.

Cons

Long hours before taking any breaks or lunch. 2-3 times a year they up your hours to meet the company's billable goals. Accrued/rolled over PTO from the previous year does not get paid out when you leave. If you have no way to use it before you leave..kiss it goodbye Worked 9 hours days to meet billable goals. CR requires 7.5 per day. Last paycheck, they only paid me the 7.5 even though I worked 9. Overworked for the pay...more work than there is employees.
