      Pros

      If you're part of the country club culture you will rise within the organization but if you are not, good luck. The French influence is good and bad. The good first....they value their natural resources (aggregates, equipment). The bad...they don't value their people.

      Cons

      As I commented above, they run a country club environment.

      Pros

      For some who like seasonal, union, on the South Shore 3mins from Aut. 30=NO BRIDGE! Medical Insurance (leaves room for improvement), weekly pay periods.

      Cons

      Seasonal, union only applies to permanent CSN workers/members, not staff, terrible management, pitiful payscale, no compassion to be found in the main office, terribly cut-throat and competitive.
